Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. • If a deposit was not collected, you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee before booking any future appointments. We value your time and ours—thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I am the owner of The Cottonwood Collective Beauty Lounge and the master trainer behind Desert Plasma Training, where I mentor aspiring professionals and help raise the standard of excellence in plasma skin rejuvenation.
